Parking
Swarthmore Borough
offers many different parking programs for residents,
employees, students and visitors. You'll find a
brief overview of these programs below. For
more information, call the borough office at 610
543 4599. Short-term
metered parking
Metered
parking is available throughout downtown Swarthmore
for varying time lengths from 15 minutes to 12
hours. All meters are marked with a sticker
indicating the time limit. Meters accept
different denominations of coins, depending on
the meter length, so it is helpful to have various
types of change ready! The borough is in
the process of introducing new, electronic meters
which will accept all types of coins, with 70
meters already in place.
