aluminum, bi-metal, #1 & #2 plastic food, beverage and similar narrow-neck containers. No plate glass, light bulbs, crystal, aluminum
foil or pie plates. Place commingled material in blue “Swarthmore
Recycles” bin or other similar-sized container.
Extra bins are available at Borough Hall for $10.

LEAF/YARD WASTE
Leaves, garden residues, shrubbery and tree trimmings. No grass clippings, branches greater than 4”
in
diameter, stumps, fencing, bricks, concrete or wood. Place in compostable, biodegradable paper
bags or tie into bundle (4’ max) with green YARDWASTE sticker
attached. Stickers available for $1 at Borough Hall and Swarthmore Hardware. Call the Borough Office at 610-543-4599 or by

The
