COVID-19
Borough Hall currently remains closed. Borough staff is available by telephone (610-543-4599) and e-mail (swarthmore2@comcast.net). The Borough Police and Fire Departments remain on duty 24/7. Call 911 for assistance.
Please follow these Green Phase guidelines when using Borough parks, playgrounds, and other public spaces.
Trash, recycling, and yard waste collection are continuing as scheduled. Orders for leaf mulch can be made by telephone, e-mail or on-line through "On-Line Bill Pay" on the front page of the website. Checks for payment should be mailed to the Borough office.
Borough Council's regularly scheduled July Council meetings will be held virtually on Zoom. For detailed information on how to participate, click the "Borough Council Meetings" tab.
